Every one in Nepal has heard of a god. About 10 years ago, nobody was allowed to spread religion in Nepal except for the Hindu religion. I know becuase my friend was a missionary in Nepal before allowed the spread of religion. So how can you say that some have never heard of god and do not believe in him. If you are talking about Jehova than you many people on earth have never heard of him. Many places in Africa have tribes that have never heard the word of God because they are closed to outsiders.

People over the ages have only had limited light (revelation) of God. Scripture teaches us HOW we are saved. Throughout the ages have always been saved the same way, by grace through faith. After Jesus came along, he showed us HOW that salvation is possible.
So the answer to your Q is that the people today that still have not had a chance to hear about Jesus, it is possible for them to be saved still by grace through faith in God with what limited revelation they have of God. Afterwards, God can reveal Jesus to them and they will know the further truth of God.
18The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. -Romans 1:18-20

There are more pathways to the divine than Christianity. Assuming that all people that didnt have a god believe in during pre-historic times, then they would be in hell. Something about this logic is unbelievable.

If they have not heard the Word then they are not held accountable to the standard.
I just hope that soon everone on earth hears the Word, because Jesus said that when the Word reaches the 4 corners of the earth and all have heard it, then He will return.

Wrong, the knowledge of God is implanted in everyones hearts. Their is no excuse for not seeking God. Small children have knowledge of the Lord. Children who have never even been taught by society about God. You do not need a bible to know God. He is in everybodys heart. They just choose to ignore Him.

"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse." (Romans 1:20)
The evidence of God even in the creation should prompt one to look and search for Him. If they have not done so, they are without excuse.
If they have searched diligently all of their life and have done their best but have been unable to discover the truth, I must leave the answer to your question in the hands of the merciful God to determine if they receive His grace.

It depends.
God decides who goes to Hell and who does not.
There are two ways to get into Heaven, accepting by faith the free gift of grace, or relying on your own perfection through works. I prefer to rely on Christ, since I know I am a sinner incapable of making it to Heaven by my own good deeds.

That is a typically bigoted (I'm guessing christian) view of the world. Have you ever thought it might be you who picked the wrong one to follow?
Take off the blinkers, and you will find that these "savages" have a civilisation at least as old as yours.
