Has anyone ever exprienced your eyelid move, sort of like a tick? my co-worker saids its because of stress. anyone else has other reasons these "eyelid ticks" happen?

Actually, yeah, they happen to me too, every once in a while. It's quite annoying, the twitching.

Either way, when they do occur, it's always because I'm stressed. Have a lot of things on my mind and/or haven't gotten a good night's rest. Once I do relax, the twitch goes away.

My eyelid ticks like that when I don't get enough sleep or under a great deal of stress.

This comes up regularly. Stress and fatigue it is, though it can happen more easily if potassium levels are a little low. There is virtually no other cause, if the symptom is the"tic" or twitch alone.

Drinking fresh tomato juice may be of benefit, as a source of potassium. (If you hate tomato juice, bananas would be the next option.)

I have, it's like a fluttering twitch. It's either from stress or fatigue, as far as I'm aware.
