pick what ever suits your budget, they both look good, i had real hair but it cost a lot more, takes all day to do and really hurts your head for about 4/5 days after you have had them done, also takes a lot of looking after with special shampoo and conditioner, but i must admit they looked great and natural, hope what ever ones you choose look great , oh best tell you they do ruin your hair, just thought i would add that from experiance xxx

I wouldn't advise anyone to get extension they make a real mess of your own hair. I use clip in hair extensions....they are excellent. They only take a couple of seconds to attach and look great.
However, In answer to your question human are better but do often come from very dodgy sources......i.e women in eastern Europe forced to sell their hair to allow them to feed their family's. I have also heard horrible stories about them coming from dead women also in eastern Europe.

either way they're crap for your hair and scalp but id say human hair ones are the best cause they are easily corrected (ie straightened, brushed) compared to the rest.

I SURE THAT HUMAN HAIR IS BETTER B/C YOU CAN DO ALOT OF THINGS W/ IT LIKE WASH IT IN HOT WATER, COMB IT OUT, HOT COMB IT, AND OTHER THINGS TO THAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH OUT WORRING ABOUT IT EVER SHRIVALING UP I KNOW BECUSE I WEAR IT
