I have kuwait employment visa.#18.I want to leave kuwait.for join other work place in diffrent country.but my employer not allowed cancelation or legal release from my work permit.when my vacation I hope to go other country.Every settlment already done my self.So why other countriess' embassies also ask to cancel my current kuwait visa to start proceed visa to those countries.I didnot come to dead or settle in kuwait.I want to change my working place soon.What can I do?

Hi, Samantha. If your work is completed according to the agreement between the employer and you, you have every right to leave the job and move out of Kuwait. I am not certain about the conditions laid down in the agreement, whether it is particular work-bound or duration-bound. If it is work-bound, you can leave the employer. In case it is duration-bound, you have to work there till the duration is completed. However I wish to suggest that you better consult Indian Embassy in Kuwait and inform them to whcih country you wish to move. The embassies ofother countries are correct in asking you to get the current visa of Kuwait cancelled. Act legally after taking the opinions of the Indian Embassy and a competent lawyer. Good luck!

If you are an 18 article visa holder, and you have two years visa with your sponsor, you can stay with him for 1 yr and then you can get release from him, this is easy there is no problems,
haan the other reason is that if you are brought by your sponsor from India in under his support then it is hard depend on your kuwaiti, if this is the matter then go and run away from him if you are not happy with him as well you can make deal with him give him some money bcz they are taking money.

Ask some one send the Telegram that some one serious or tell him your Sister's Marriage you have attend. If you are not married tell you have to get married now. Do not show your intents. Get your passport and come back to your contry.
