First answer me this, "Why do christians Hate Nonbelievers?" because if you look at almost any question about other faiths by people other than christians the answers are almost all negative answers saying something like You will go to hell because you don't believe in god. I mean aren't christians supposed to be loving, caring, and kind people, according to the bible, which I still can't understand millions of people basing their lives upon, which would be no different from everybody basing their beliefs on one or more of Shakespeare's plays and writings, yet you aggresively attack anybody who doesn't follow your religion. So you tell me WHY IS YOUR RELIGION SO HATEFUL OF NONBELIEVERS?

The problem is you are trying to dictate faith. Faith is not a fact, it is a state of mind. You may believe that you are right, and the Bible may even tell you so, but shoving it down someone's throat as the only possible truth is not very effective.

I am a converted agnostic, now I am Catholic. I had to find my own faith. I would have found it earlier had I not spent an entire childhood trying to defend myself from overzealous Christians trying to tell me how wrong and wicked I was.

I lived my life by the moral code instilled by my parents, and now that I am Catholic I find that I was not acting wickedly without the church to tell me how to be.

Spirituality is important to everyone at some point in their lives, let them come to it. Be supportive and answer questions people may have. Don't try to tell people how you are right and they are bad for being wrong. Sugar goes down easier than vinegar.

We dont hate Christians we are just sick of Christians telling us that we are wrong about everything. How would you like it if everything you said someone instantly said WRONG!! and then told you how it should be? It sucks. And I used to beleive in God, then I took an Astronomy class. That taught me so much about the big bang and evolution, and now I have no choice but to believe the cold hard facts. Maybe if you actually listened to a nonbeliever before telling them they are wrong, you might just learn something.

I am very sorry you think this way. You are an example and just showed the truth about some christians thought. Your time is passing through. Your life is passing through. And you are always trying to defend and impose your point of view against the freedom of mind of some inteligent people. We do not hate christians. We have pity of everibody who waste their lives with outdated nonsense.

We don't hate christians. We hate the sort of ignorant moron who calls us "twisted and blinded" and then asks a question like "Why do evolutionists thnk they came from a monkey billions and billions of years ago?" Showing that they have no idea what they are talking about.

Why are the most vocal christians on here, and elsewhere, the most ignorant and intolerant ones?

I guess I'm just blowing you out of the water here but guess what: I am a nonbeliever, I don't think that I came from a monkey, and I don't hate Christians! :) I bet you hate it when people stereotype Christians, so why do you to it to me?

I don't hate Christians. But I certainly don't like or appreciate the Christians who email me through this forum to tell me I'm an idiot and going to hell because they disagreed with an answer I posted to a question.

I have yet to have a single Muslim, Jew, Pagan, Buddist, Athiest, Agnostic, or any other religion besides Christians take time out of their day to email me just so they can be nasty and insulting.

Bright blessings.

ok here is the thing its not that they hate christians its just that people in general dont like it when youtry to shove beliefs into them... in a way its an insult ince why would they not know better in what they believe in... every religion and atheist is a way of religion... fits the persons morale and choise of living.. as a christian you grew up judging those who arent christian and a way of judging is telling them how christianism is this and that ... but god is the onlyone that can judge snce he is far superior then all.

Self righteous much? Yeah, um, my friends are all believers of some form of Christianity. So I have a hard time believing your generalized assumption that we hate Christians. I don't hate, especially not at random, I only dislike people with your attitude.

You would have been better off reading your question (if it is one) first.

"and they think we evolved from a monkey but Christians, We cant force them but " Makes no sense at all.

I do not hate anybody, but the kind of hysterical ramblings produced by people such as yourself do make me feel very sad for an intelligence wasted.
