You may be retaining water, which can be due to the drinking, or the strain it may have put on your liver, or maybe your kidneys are having a problem. Or, perhaps your consuming too much salt.
If you feel you are drinking enough water, and the puffiness persists, I would suggest you consult you doctor. Just in case.
Good luck to you, and Happy Holidays!

Have you tried sleeping with your head raised? It helps cause when we sleep, fluids can cause puffiness in the eyes. Just use an extra soft pillow on top of your regular pillow. My dad has done this for years because of very puffy eyes. If you feel bloated in other places, too, then talk to your doctor cause there can be a problem with your kidneys.

You need to see the doc to get his help in figuring out what is causing the puffiness. It could be allergies or something else only a doc can give you a diagnosis.

Maybe your stressed out so, i suggest you put cucumber slices on your eyes and if that doesn't work use a hemorrhoid creme around the puffy areas. it should work.

It sort of sounds like allergies. Go see your doctor if you are concerned.
