Within the last few years, my mom fell in love with a coconut cake she saw on the Food Network. I wanted to surprise her for Christmas and buy it, but I haven't been able to find it. I am pretty sure that it was either featured on "Best of" or "Food Finds" and have an inkling that it was either in Louisiana or Georgia. I remember the cake cost $75 bucks to order.... does anyone have a clue? I searched the web and the Food Network website with no results....

It would mean probably alot more if you made her one yourself and saved the $75.00. I know it would to me.
