I think you should go for the guy who lives near you. Seriously, a 200 mile relationship is NOT GOING TO WORK. But, it depends on who you like more. Follow your heart. It's your choice.

A long distance relationship sounds good and all but usually in the end it doesn't work out. trust me I've been there and it was very exciting in the beginning and about 3 months later we broke up.
From my experience most guys won't do anything about it and they just need that little ommph to get them going. Maybe ask the one guy to go out for coffee or go do something that you both like. It might give him a chance to open up. Some guys think that you might not have any interest in them or that they have no chance so that's why they just kind of well you know just sit there. Try and get the dice rolling and see how he responds if just you two go out and doing something

First of all how old are you? Well lets see the guy that lives 200 miles away you will never get to see him go on dates with him i guess that gives you 1 option.

Why choose? It's called dating - you don't have to call the guy you go out to dinner with your boyfriend right away. Go on a few dates, meet different guys, have dates lined up with someone different each night (and dates do not mean sex). There is no reason why you need to choice one of these two guys yet.
As for how do you know if a guy likes you - good chance if you have more then a 2 minute conversation with him, he likes you.

If you have to choose between two guys then you should always pick the one who treats you best! I did, even though I had fancied the other guy for ages and now we've been together for 6 years and married for 3.5 and I love him more than anything. I know now that how he treated me in the beginning was proof that he was a much better guy and someone I could spend my whole life with.

Tell the guy that lives near you that you like him. Even if he doesn't show it - he may really like you :) And I don't believe in long distance relationships. How can you have a real relationship w/ someone through email? Not a good idea. You never know what they're really up to - or who they really are.

The only way to tell if the guy likes you is by seeing how much he wants to spend time with you.. and not only by asking you on a date once.. but hang out with him and see: ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS!! But long distance relationships are really really bad. Try the close one first and if he likes hanging out that is a good sign!

you should try the guy that lives close by. Long distance relationships never work.
If a guy likes you or not? I can't answer that one. Every girl has got to figure that out for herself.
