Buy yourself a bottle of Whiskey, the real stuff made in Scotland. Open a few more cartridges and empty the cordite into a napkin. Then proceed to drink as much of the alcohol as possible before intoxication sets in. When you are beginning to feel that warm feeling. Dig it out with your finger tips. The fingers are more adapted for feeling than tweezers. Once you have got the round out, pour the cordite into the bloody wound and set it alight. This will cauterize it and stop the bleeding. If still standing buy yourself another bottle of the cheaper variety such as Bourbon.

Get a sharp, narrow knife. Make sure you have a pair of tweezers as well. Heat both with the flame of a lighter. Then dig the bullet out to the surface and grab with the tweezers. Pour whiskey into wound so it hurts like ****. Apply dressing.
Hope you dont hit an artery.

Dear Michael B: I doubt that this is possible unless it is just under the skin and even in that instance the risk of infection would be high.

Sterilize a very sharp knife. Thoroughly disinfect the skin and dig it out.
