You may want to check your convergance board that controls color in your TV. Ask a specialist to come out. Preferably a person who knows the brand of your TV.

How do you have the TV hooked up? if you are using component cable(the 3-prong green, red, blue tipped) it may be something as simple as that cable isn't in the right spot, or could be bad. get a friend who knows hookups to double-check that for you before you start looking into major repairs on the TV.

I've seen that before....you're going to have to have the video processor replaced...that is NOT a "you can fix it yourself" kind of problem....that's going to require a skilled Toshiba Authorized Service Center....

Get a copy of your purchase reciept if that tv is less than one year old......
