I'm a farter, in fact I enjoy it like some people enjoy a fine wine.
Butt heres my problem. I dont want anyone to know it's me farting. So generally I will move to another part of the office and let it loose and keep moving. Then others think that the person I farted by is the guilty person.
Is this proper social ettiquet?

no this is not right . your idea's regarding the implied guilt of an Innocent person is a great sin. as a result of this your soul will not enter heaven . you will most likely burn the hell fires for all time because you have committed such a terrible thing.
the police Interpol and the government here are all looking for you and now they know how to find you they can just follow there nose and then catch you and put you in prison for the rest of your life. i am sure they will force feed you a drug called be-no and you will not be able to fart again ever.
there now you know the answer . your only chance of being forgiven is to stick a cork up your rear end and leave it there until you are home and night has come.
such a terrible man you are such a terrible man you must be the worst man on the planet your worse then Hitler . he didn't go around blaming others for his farts no he stood up and told the world it is me i am the one who farted in the father land.
good bye to you most terrible of all humans

So long as you like the smell of your own, there's no problem. Farts are not poisonous and are a common sign that your bowels activities are running well. However, if you're in the midst of an important meeting, struggle by all means to hold some flatus in. It also bears mentioning that you'd better position yourself
to conceal the unpleasant noise and scent.

No, it's not social ettiquet at all. It's rude, but on the other hand, it's better to fart and bear the shame then hold the fart and bear the pain.

I wouldn't. After all, I really don't think the "fartee" here would like to be embarrassed, especially if everyone thinks he/she dealt it out. One thing you could do is excuse yourself to the restroom, or you could head outdoors on the pretense of getting some fresh air. Outside, the odor will dissipate in the breeze before anyone can get blamed for it.

Farting isn't improper social ettiquet. There's not much you can do about farting, except eat fewer beans. If there's an elevator in your office building, I suggest farting in there if possible, so the smell lingers longer. :)

No, it is not. If you must flatulate, it is proper social etiquette to excuse yourself from the general population and visit the restroom. There really are no acceptible social exceptions to this.

GO OUTSIDE.....FART WITH ALL THE ANIMALS. There is also a pill called "Bean-O" you can buy at the store. It is supposed to prevent gas. What if I farted very close to you? I suppose you would think it was funny.

You should bottle them and save 'em for later. That way no one is offended and you get to savor them later in private.
