DEFINETELY DO NOT propose to her, get to know her first, start small talk, or compliment her about something and then taking the conversation from there. If her eyebrows are slightly up, shes interested, also if she leans her head to the side that means shes really interested in what you're saying, if she folds her arms or something - not interested in what you're saying.
You should probably DATE her before even proposing.

Okay so she is physically attractive but do you only look for physical attractiveness in your girl??? I think you need to know her real good, who knows she might be married or even a pros. Get to know her before you propose.
