Stop making him fat!

Give him a certain period of time to eat and then put the food away. After a couple of meals, he'll learn to eat when the food is available or be hungry. Don't feed him between normal meals and snacks! You aren't running a diner, here's what there is to eat, either eat it or don't. Don't worry! No kid has ever starved to death with food available, even if they don't like it.

I have no kids but it worked with my niece now she's 6.
If u don't eat no desserts.
leave him in the kitchen byhimself no tv or anythingand tell him he needs to eat his food because i got to eat to.
Say, "Don't u wanna be a big boy like daddy and eat by urself " and start leaving him in the kitchen then u can start up the tv or something, for him.
trust me it shall and will work
But he has to eat only when the food is out no reheating his food he should have ate it when it was warm.

It sounds liked you've babied him too long! Let him feed himself. If he's hungry he will eat. Most parents push food on kids too much anyway.

If they are not hungry it is not a good idea to force them to eat. Forcing kids to eat when they are not hungry can lead to obesity, which can then in turn lead to illnesses such as High blood pressure (They are finding this in kids as young as 6), diabetes, high cholesterol, clogged arteries.
