every time i bend my head down i feel like a shock in my back for less then 1 second
and i used to have a numbness in my hands and my legs for more then 6 months , but its kinda gone now
is it something serious ?

You apparently have a nerve impingement in the neck. Since the numbness has subsided, would indicate the pressure has reduced but there is still an inflammatory process in play.

Depending on your age would determine the possibility of more severe problems. There may be a protruding disc applying that pressure that pressure or a herniated disc. Either would indicate there is also a postural problem.

I dont know but it does sound seriouse. Go to the doctor.

It sounds like maybe a pinched nerve, you should see a chiropractor or even your Dr.
