I'd just be with my friends, or walking down the hallway and i'd notice this guy that I relly like looking at me and i would look and he wouldnt realize at first that im looking at HIM buh then he wud n he wud stop lookin, and recently my friend as i was walking with her, she knew about me likeing him, she sed oh hey you guys dont know each other.. ___ this is ally and Ally this is ___ and nothing happened after that. Well there is still that daily looking from afar thing. So does this mean anything?

it means something: it means that he is looking at you , full stop. If he has eyes, he will look, as any guy will . If he doesn't look, he has no physical sight.
Sorry if this is too blunt for u, gal, but I've learnt from experience that we gals shouldn't assume that a guy really likes us unless it's clear. And now I find that this is a good rule to follow. So don't wonder too much.
If he likes you, he should make the move.
Just be yourself -- that will be more attractive than getting nervous or insecure about the whole thing.
