Thermostat set to 61 when heat is needed, 73 when cooling is in season. In spring and fall, windows are opened and inside temperature is similar to outdoor.
I doubt you'll find many people who sleep at the same temperature every night, all year round.

Usually this time of year (winter) its between 40 to 50 degrees F.
Summer time, under 65 degrees F.

My house temp is 16 degrees at the moment ans yes im freezing. Also does not help that i have one of those vent things that go outside in my room...it must be at least 15 degrees in my room...
