Golen Retriver or labador retriver (any color)

I like them both, but I've known Golden Retreivers to be super friendly dogs. They are both adorable though...

Well I have a golden retriver and black lab mix and thats the best dog ever! I also have a golden retriver and he seems to have more energy then any dog i ever had and he is 2 and has been fixed. But i'm a fan of the black lab or yellow lab!

Mine is a half and half. Momma was a black lab, daddy was a golden. I got the best of both worlds, a Blackened Retriever! She could not be a better dog. She housebroke in a week, is a Search and Rescue dog, loves agility, hunting, and is the cuddliest, sweetest house dog too. I love the Flat Coated Retriever also.

I think i like a black lab OR a golden retreiver... they're both super friendly dogs when raised in a nice environment, but my favorite is a chow mix... mine is a chow elkhound and is the prettiest, kindest, sweetest dog ive ever been in contact with and also can be protective, and stubborn or a coward... but she's the best, i dont know what i would do without her, good question though!!

Lol, the two dogs you mentioned are the ONLY two types of dog I like. If it were up to me, I'd recommend both! But if I HAD to choose one, it would most likely be the lab.
If you want a playful, energetic dog, go with the Labrador. But if you prefer a quiet but curious dog, go with the Golden. As babies, the Labradors are cuter, but as adults the Goldens really shine.

Golden Retrievers! Labs are too wild and all over the place. The lab we had tore everything up. Retrievers are friendly dogs, good to be around people.
But I must say, I love my lil Yorkies the most!! ;)

A chocolate Lab if I had to pick out of those two
Now the dog I would go for would be a German Sheppard or a Belgian Sheppard .. Nice Family pets and good protectors

Both are WAY too common. Don't be a conformist. Go for a Doberman. They're wonderful dogs despite their reputation.
Intelligent, Athletic, love water, they excel in obedience, show, hunting, search & rescue, and of course guarding the family.

Both are great but the goldens are a more settled dog where labs love to work.
