Why do some people have normal teeth and then also have random extra skinny slivers for teeth?

They are called Peg teeth and it is a genetic occurrence that is pasted on unfortunately.

because they are making up for the people who don't have any teeth, or they are related to a shark in some demented way.

naa, a lot of people do have those extras Some are because they never lost their baby teeth, some have "twins" for teeth, literally.
It is a genetic flaw, a very minuscule birth defect of sorts.

Some people have jacked up nasty teeth. Maybe their parents were on drugs when they were pregnant !! Just be thankful you have normal teeth.. that is if your teeth are normal !!
