I know sometimes staring is a bad thing. I just wanna know why guys stare at me.
I don't dress like a slut or hoe or in really low-cut things or stuff like that, just my usual creative girlie girlie clothing. Whenever I pass by a guy, they stop and give me a few second looks, but usually stare straight into my eyes. Whenever I'm in a class with a certain punk guy, he stares at me straight into my eyes(they're nothing special, just dark brown colored-eyes) without looking away when I look back at him for a second(he has a girlfriend btw).
Is it because...
-I'm interesting or pretty to look at? or
-they just like to look at me or
-they want to talk to me or
-or what?

Well I'm a little older than you, but guys mostly stare because they can't help it. When we find someone interesting, we want to memorize their face. Also, they might be too shy to talk to you, and are trying to attract your attention, and not realize it's irritating you. I think you should take it as a compliment that he is staring at your eyes and not the various other parts of your body. To me that says he's interested in you or finds you attractive as a person, and not just because you have nice t*** or a**.

I always have the EXACT same problem. My question is WHY????? I don't dress like a hoe either, just regular girly. I also have normal brown eyes, and I don't think I'm anything special. Who knows? OMG. The same thing happens to me all the time.
Now, this guy in one of my classes is "getting ideas" and I'm really not interested so it SUCKS. I have to say something to him. *sigh*

Do you ever check to make sure you don't have a booger hanging out?
In honesty, if they are looking into your eyes and not at your chest or butt, you probably have b!tchin, hypnotic eyes and don't realize it. Some of us can't help but to stare when we come across someone like that.

It's like an autistic child liking to look at shiny things. Guys like to look at pretty girls. Sometimes even not so pretty girls they are very visual.

they stare so get use to it...he could be staring at zits or how fat your butt is...hey I answered you question so don't send me any hate mail.
