with my job, how else do i meet girls?

I work mainly nights and weekends. I do not live in a very big city. During the week, when i go out the clubs are empty except student nights where they do not allow me in because obviously, I am not a student and do not have a student ID card. I cannot date at the work place because we are only 2 on duty and in most cases, it is a man. This means I have limited means of meeting girls. Any suggestions how i can meet people during the week, I mean in the UK though

also you have to take into account that its winter, so most people will be at home this time of the year, so its gonna be harder to find someone. this is tricky, but you can meet a girl anywhere. in most cases youll meet the perfect girl in your own place of interest, i.e if you like swimming, youll meet her in a swimming pool; reading, in a library etc. do you have any hobbies? if so you might meet her there.
