How do I let this guy at school know that I'm not interested. I see that he wants more than friendship, but I'm not attracted to him physically. He's a great guy so I don't want to hurt his feelings. He asked me to go places with him already. I did once, thinking we're friends, but I realized that he wants more. What do I say to him when he asks me to go with him somewhere the next time?!

How can I tell him that I just want to be friends when he didn't "upfront" say that he likes me, but I can tell that he does. It will sound so "cheesy" but I have to do it I guess. Ugh, this sucks!

I have been in the same boat as you, and at first I felt really bad, so I told him we could hang out as friends, thinking that would work. It didn't, he thought he still had a chance since I would hang out with him. So I had to tell him no every time he asked me to hang out, which sucked because he was one of my best friends. So it's up to you, tell him you can hang out only as friends and if thats not enough for him, just cut ties for awhile.

Well just try talking to him privately and say i'm getting the feeling that you want more then a friendship with me but i only want a friendship with you i'm sorry. then ask him to hangout with you as a friend like a trip to the mall or something that you guys usually do.

Why don't you be honest and tell him that you would like to be friends with him but unfortunately you don't return the same feelings he has for you. He may never talk to you again but hey, at least you were honest with him so he can move on to another girl who would want him too. Good luck!

1) I know it sucks but you should just be up-front and honest with him... It's a tough lesson for him but he will have to learn it sooner or later.
"not every girl will find you attractive but there are plenty that will."
2) You are not responsible for his feelings unless you are in a relationship with him. Obviously you are not in this case.

just have an open conversation with him. tell him he's a great guy but that you see him as a friend and nothing more. and if he still wants to be friends. great. if not. oh well.

tell him the truth but just tell him you think hes a really freat friend but you just don't like him like that right now. I'm having a really similler promblem. It sucks
