Some worry is natural. No body is 100 percent free from worries. If you are too much worried it means you have no job and plenty of time.Keeping mind pre occupied is the only method to stop worrying. You develop friends,do some job, have some hobby, listen to good music and use meditation to relax. Please understand worrying will not solve any problem. You have to find out methods to solve problems.Do not think much about others ' problems, that they will solve,You can lead a normal life.Good luck

Have you tried visiting your general practitioner, Let your doctor reassure you. What is a perfectly normal life for one person maybe be frowned upon or disliked by another.
There are two times a person should never worry :-
.i) When something is going to happen, (because if it does happen there is nothing you can do about it so there is no point in worrying about something you cannot change,)
ii) when it is not.going to happen, because there is no point in worrying about something that has not happened

You don't say how old you are, Nat, nor whether you have got stuff going on in your life that really is worrying!
If it's what is called 'free floating anxiety, which means that you worry like crazy without real reason, then it's very difficult to overcome on your own.
Why don't you try talking to a psychotherapist? They aren't just there for serious mental illness - they are there to help ordinary people when we have some emotional problem we can't overcome on our own.
Good luck

When you discover you are not benefited from such thoughts and replace them with something with a more positive and uplifting direction.
You will eventually realize you are not only robbing yourself of your own power but also, are taking time away from living your life as you would want it to be. Time that can never be recovered.
I have never heard of worrying accomplishing anything other than making a person apprehensive and trapped in negativity and a power give away.

Diet can be one of the problems, lack of minerals etc, tricks to stop worrying: 1. When you're in bed and a few seconds from going to sleep, tell yourself from the morning onwards, to have positive thoughts and not to worry. 2. When you find yourself worrying, relax, and with every breath out think 'worry out', and with every breath in say 'contentment in', it works.

first stop and sit, pen and paper and write down the things that are in your mind, weather it be bad, good, scary or even down right pathetic, think of your family/friends write down your thoughts, in fact write down every thing that comes to mind,
if or when what you want comes to mind (any thing) write down seperate, all this for one week.
read it, and you will see you have no worries but issues which you can deal with 1 at time.. good luck

Go talk to someone professional who can get to the root of why you are worrying and work from there.
