You obviously don't know a thing about evolutionary theory, so how can you accept it?
Evolutionists do NOT say that we evolved from apes.
Fundies oppose evolution not because it looks bad on blacks (which is false to begin with), but because it violates their theology that all plants and animals were specially created by God, with no common ancestors, within a six day period, about 6 to 10 thousand years ago.
It has nothing to do with religion trying to "stick up" for minorities. After all, for a long time, and even now, some groups use scripture to support bigotry.

Blacks are certainly not 'less' evolved, but rather just slightly differently evolved to better adapt to the conditions in which they evolved.
Since you don't accept evolutionary theory- what other rational explanations do you toss to the wind in favor of 'faith'. Or, is that the only one? Like- do you believe that the earth was created by god, 6,000 years ago (2,500 years after the Babylonians figured out how to brew beer)?

There is no such thing as "lesser evolved." This is a misconception among people who don't fully understand evolution. Evolution is the adaptation of an organism to better survive in it's environment. There is no progression towards any ultimate goal in evolution. It is a constantly moving, constantly fluctuating phenomenon. There is no greater or lesser, there is only suitable and less suitable, and they both co-exist within the same generations.

If you do not accept it why mention it.
Who know what those whack jobs are angry at. Maybe desecration of bones.
Why would black people be the only people descended from Apes? Are black and white and Asian all different species like dogs and birds and fish.
I mean if black people come from apes then don't all people come from apes?

Nice job, making evolution to appear evil.....
No, the real reason they are opposed to it is because it conflicts with the "Earth is only 6000 years old" crap the fundie church is STILL pushing. Evolution PROVES nothing....it is the intolerant, ignorant Christians that attach false meaning to the theory...

No. They object to it because they actually believe science is wrong if it contradicts the scribblings of scribes belonging to primitive herding cultures. Go figure.
