i ate 1.5 packs of ice breaker sours in 1 day so my tounge hurts a ton, my teeth also hurt, how can i fix this

Don't do it again, and don't let anything sour touch your teeth and tongue for a while. No oranges, no apples for now.

I assume you already brushed your teeth and rinsed with the mouthwash. This will take care of whatever was left in your mouth, but it won't fix the damage. You can't fix the damage from acid, you just have to wait for it to heal. Teeth will take a while, if ever heal at all.

Brush your teeth with toothpaste for sensitive teeth, and brush your tounge to get some of the taste off. Then gargle water for about 1 minute, and stick to water or other non-carbonated beverages for the rest of the day.

You have a rare form off herpes.....this will be a lifelong battle but will not kill you until about 60 or so.
