Don't leave anything on the court. Put everything you have into the game. Don't try to 'save energy'. Go all out! Then, when the game is over, you will be able to say to yourself, win or lose, I put everything I had into it. The worst thing, in my experience, is to lose a game, and then realize, I could have tried a lot harder. When you think you can't try any harder, dig deep, and you will find a way to make it happen.

Your team has practised, worked hard, and won a lot of competitions to be where you are today. Your coach should be telling you how great you all are, and going through a visualization of how you are going to win.
I can see the celebration....
Now go out on the field and do it!!!!!!!!!!!!
