I think that everybody could find a person that they are compatible with. Most relationship take some kind of work to work out, so the thought of the perfect person out there just waiting for us so we could get married and live happily ever after is not most likely true.
But yes, I think that everybody will come across a special person in their lives at least once in their life time. Somebody who made you a little better, or made you feel a certain way.

I don't think everyone is meant to be in a relationship. Some people have a destiny that includes lifetime commitment yet, others will get the most out of their lives without having to ever find a husband/wife. Just my opinion...

I think that there is a special person out there for everyone, but I don't think that there is just one. We go through a lot of changes in our lives and I believe that it just all depends on where we are at at that one perticular moment.
