Double vision, vomiting for no explainable reason. It is dangerous to think that the vomiting is from "dizziness" from double vision. Headaches, also unexplainable.

Brain tumors can present with so many different symptoms depending on the location, it would probably be easier to give you a list of what symptoms wouldn't be present. Also, there are quite a few different varieties of tumors, so the type will really determine what the usual onset is. If you get more specific, I can also.
