I think so, the organic produce industry has grown rapidly over the past few years. Stores like Whole Foods are expanding rapidly over the country. I personally am buying more organic foods as well.

I've been buying organic apples for a while b/c they don't have that wax on the outside and they seem sweeter. I try to buy organic b/c a lot of it comes from local farmers and I like the idea of not ingesting chemicals.
