Because you seem to be drawing out some of the less mature audience, so you get a lot of silly kids that think they are invincible.
We are called to be witnesses. Like in a trial, we can only give an accounting of our own lives and miracles and testimonies.
We cannot change anyone, only God can do that. If you tell someone about Christ, and they choose not to have a relationship with him, then the weight of their decision will rest on their own conscience and the responsibility of it is lifted from us. Do not take it personal. Why not focus your talents in a more creative and positive way, tho, so as to not bring yourself depression and sadness. Make your own website, join a local ministry or start your own.

You weren't on here that long. Reconsider. I know that on this site there are good people who are Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, (I haven't read a Sikh posting yet), Wicca folks, Druids, Seventh Day Opportunists (that's my ministry), (and forgive me if I forgot somebody).... and ..oh yeah ... those silly atheists.
By the way, you strike me as to young to remember Mario SAVIO. He was one of the first student protesters in the U.S, way back when.

Jesus said that you will (Christians) will be hated of all men and then shall the End come. He said we are to be lights in the midst of darkness. That is the marvel of God's love that even though men hate Him, He still reaches out in love not wanting any to perish. As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the day when the Son of Man appears. Be not weary in well doing for in due season you shall reap.He that goes forth weeping, bearing precious seed shall doubtless come again with rejoicing bringing his sheaves with him. I was a real God-hater when God sent someone to witness to me. I'm glad He didn't give up on me. Keep studying, grow in the Faith and be ready always to give to every man an answer of the hope that is within you.

Well, actually, they are not the problem. YOU are. Im not saying that to be mean but it is YOU that CHOOSE to read the vile ones. It is YOU that CHOOSE to become offended by the ignorant souls out there instead of ignoring them. Our Lord gave us the freedom to feel how we feel but with that came a lot of ignorance. Im a Christain and yeah, I see the ignorance in here. I CHOOSE to ignore it. You do more for yourself by ignoring them and you give them more fuel to get the attention they want by going into their letters. Make sense. You can choose to leave but who would you be hurting? Them? No! You could, however, be hurting someone w/ a valid question that you could possibly answer yourself. You just gotta weed them out. Peace be w/ you.

Don't do that! You can't MAKE people see the truth. As Christians we are called to love and accept one another and forcing our beliefs on other people are not the way to do. I understand how frustrated you are with this website. I'm not telling to to tolerate it. But you do need to stand up to those people for our faith. We need to stand by our beliefs...and maybe YOU need to apologize for trying to be forceful. The only reason I say that is because you said: "I am tired of trying to make ignorant people see the truth".
The truth is: you can't make people do anything. But God may allow their hard hearts to be cooled.

Look at yourself as a Farmer. They have to prepare the crops, then plant the seed, then water the seed, then wait for the crop to grow before it can be cultivated and used. God uses a similar method in saving peoples souls, and we all know God uses us (his followers) to do his work. Just find the task that your best at (preparation, planting, or watering) and let The Lord use you. He will do the rest... God Bless You

Jesus did not spend his time with the religous. He spent his time and energy with the masses. The Prostitutes, the tax collectors, the bar goers, the real people of society.
If you want to emulate your Lord and Saviour you will learn to have a thick skin and have faith in God...and not in your ability to convince people of things.
God is real whether people believe or not. Your faith is only evident if your using it.

you might want to visit other sections of yahoo answers... there are inquisitive people all over where you can share a word of encouragement or a word of faith.... I sometimes answer questions under the section dealing with "health" or "Family relationships" etc.
There are a lot of hurting people out there.
But remember, we called to love others, serve others, not to "make them" see the truth.

I know it hurts but don't take it personally. Jesus is used to this rejection and mocking. Remember it is a spiritual warfare out there.
2Cor10:4
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,
Notes for 2Cor10:3-6
We, like Paul, are merely weak humans, but we don't need to use human plans and methods to win our battles. God's mighty weapons are available to us as we fight against Satan's "strongholds.'' The Christian must choose whose methods to use, God's or the world's. Paul assures us that God's mighty weapons—prayer, faith, hope, love, God's Word, the Holy Spirit—are powerful and effective (see Ephesians 6:13-18)! These weapons can break down the proud human arguments against God and the walls that Satan builds to keep people from finding God. When dealing with the pride that keeps people from a relationship with Christ, we may be tempted to use our own methods. But nothing can break down these barriers like God's weapons.

the Bible says that you know you ae speaking truth if someone dislikes it..don't know the exact verse but it's in there in different wording. God commands us to go and tell..we can't make people accept him or what we say...that's their decision.. I truly believe we will be rewarded for standing up for our faith. It says those who are faithful in little things will be rewarded greatly. I can't help but think back to when I was lost and how my thinking was so off and how I was desperate for answers..I think that;s why people come here whether they admit it or not..they want answers..real answers..I hope you change your mind
