slice up some apples, soak them in vodka (or whatever you like)
and enjoy

INGREDIENTS
1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce apple juice
1/2 ounce cinnamon schnaaps
1 tablespoon whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
In a 2 ounce shot glass, combine vodka and apple juice, & cinnamon schnaaps. top with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.

I think you use sour apple and vanilla-flavoured vodka (i.e. Smirnoff or Stoli), throw back your head and enjoy!
Try it with whipped cream and let me know how it goes!
