Well this is my everyday trail mix maybe yours is the same:
Nuts, such as peanuts or cashews
Dried fruits such as cranberries or raisins
Chocolate chunks or M&M's
Breakfast cereals
Seeds, such as sunflower
Granola
Shredded coconut
Pretzels

UH, MANY STUFF? IDK!! lolol. well there are a lot of stuff but here is a toughie, air!! lol, or your hand , or your brains! or your mushrooms, or your medicine, or your boogers, or a crabby patty, or a spongebob, or your homework, or money, or your tow fungi, or a bug, oh wait! i know!!! plants and nuts and fruit and candy and sugar and dried fruit! thats the thing mostly in a mix. well, thats what i think! =)
