Yes but they don't allow you to see the gory bits because they've all been CUT.

Google Videos has a bunch of Orthopaedic and Neurologica/Spinal surgeries as well as some eye surgeries. They run about an hour long and you can find them by searching for "surgeries" with a "long (>20min)" playtime.

If you truly have developed an interest in surgery; maybe you should consider medical school; if not - maybe you should consider medical help!
