The spiritual realm is hidden from our eyes, usually. But I do believe that heaven is not a long ways away. It is just beyond our reach, just beyond our sight. It is spiritually removed from us, not geographically.

people have definitely had glimpses of heaven - and of hell - while on the earth. God can sovereignly open our eyes if He so desires and He sometimes does.

god bless

Yes. I know the prophets have seen visions of the different kingdoms of heaven...
I was at the temple for a wedding ceremony and the Sealer said, "The temple is the place where heaven and earth touch." I totally agree...it is the Lord's house so most likely one of the places where heaven is the most near.

If you're talking about paradise, then no. In traditional theology, it's a realm outside of time and space rather then an actual, physical place. If you ascend to heaven, you would look out on all creation from above, but this doesn't mean that you would be on another planet in another solar system which can be seen by a telescope.

Yes, Heaven is a spiritual place. A place of very high vibrational frequencies. Your mind can't be bogged down with earthly thoughts. During meditation, or out of body experiences seeing angels or such visions that create the feeling of rapture are common.

Yes. I believe heaven and hell are states of being. Either you're spiritually content and feel as one with all that is (i.e. God) which is heaven, or you are without and disconnected - hell. I don't believe in heaven as an actual place though.
