I prefer the stunning girl with the fantastic personality, but since that isn't on the menu this evening I'll take the girl next door with a side order of freak. Well, to answer the second question, I'd notice the stunning girl first as that is human nature, but she would be dismissed rather quickly once her manner became apparent.

I think guys go for a little bit of both. The girl next door can suprise. High maintanence girls can be almost a let down for a guy when they now have to do all this extra for. An attractive girl is the one you look at first. Be who you are.
