i downloaded one, but it says choose a program from a list to open this file, wat program should i use?

The best free archive utility is izarc(http://www.izarc.org/download.html). You can open almost any compression format with one program and don't need anything else.

For opening the rar files, u need to install WinRar. It is zipping application. U can downlode free software in may websites. type "Win Rar free download" in the goolge, then u will get a lot. just click on that software it will install in ur system.
