You want to put your best foot forward. Wear a nice pair of pants (not jeans), a dress shirt, and a tie. Nice shoes. If you don't own dress shoes, make sure what you do own is polished and cleaned. Make sure you exercise good personal hygiene-- clean shaven or trimmed if you have facial hair, and above all fresh breath. Don't wear cologne-- some people are allergic and you don't want your interviewer sneezing his/her head off. Ask good questions about the job-- ask how they de-caffinate their beans for example, or how hot they heat their milk for lattes and cappucinos. Good luck.
