By indulging I mean, they start hugging and kissing which most of the times leads to love making.

Be happy that they are still together and find lust in each other. I would have been happy if that were my parents, it means they are not divorced.
Here is a suggestion: talk to them about safe sex and condom use. Use this time to educate them. You never know what these parents are into these days.
Make sure you monitor their actives on the net. You don't want them being contacted by perverts for group sex or any of that harmful crap. Always, always, make sure they leave the house with clean underwear. That is a bad reflection on you!
Other than that I'd say you have nothing to worry about. They sound like a happy loving couple to me and I hope to be that way in the future when my kids are grown. It beats divorce!

take pictures and put them on the net or show them to their friends so they can see how embarrassing they are to you. no dont do that. walk away if i were you.
