Depending on the severity of the overbite, actually the correct term is overjet, your frontal view will change.

Obviously, if your overjet results in your teeth resting on your lower lip while in a postural position, the resultant change will be highly visible while the opposite is true with decreasing severity.

An overbite can be fixed with braces most of the time. Some cases might need surgery. You should consult with an Orthodontist to see what kind of treatment you need, you might just need braces. The changes are great when the overbite is fixed.

When you look in the mirror now do you notice that its different? I would think it would change just a little bit because you are changing the structure of your face. Your skin rests on surface under it so when they fix the overbite you skin will adjust to the new surface. You may get a new looking chin too! Either way, the medicine world can do just about anything and I think they will make you look fantastic. Good luck!

when i was going through middle school i had an overbite, my two front top teeth completely overlapped my bottom teeth, after two and a half years of braces and months of wearing a retainer, there were very little physical changes to my face, my jaw lowered about a fraction of an inch, just adjusting to my then fixed teeth, unfortunately, its now 6 years later, and my overbite has returned. most of that is due to playing football throughout high school and now in college, the mouth guards move our teeth around.

Overall: very little, if any changes to appearance from the front

They use braces :)
I had an overbite, but now,I dont look too different, but then again,it wasnt a HUGE one,it was maybe medium or a small one.
It doesnt look any different from the front.
If you have one and get braces,WEAR YOUR RUBBER BANDS!
When I had an overbite I kept procrastinating to put them in and i ended up keeping my braces on for like...a half a year more!
