I would wear black pants, black heels/dress boots and a nice sweater.
Don't feel like you have to wear red, but most people tend to wear to it holiday parties! Try and make it a little festive - maybe a sweater with some silver/gold in it. A twin set might be nice also.

Do they wear suits/ties daily at the company? Then casual Christmas might be more like "informal"--party dress, short length, festive. But if their daily dress is polos and slacks, then casual is one step down and pants and a nice top --like a cami with a holiday sheer shirt would be fun. What is your husband wearing? Match his level but afterall it's the holidays and it is a party!

Pants, sweater, anything goes at a casual Christmas, the only ones I would stay away from is Jeans. But if you have fancy jeans you can wear them with a lacy blouse and high heels.

Black pants and a nice sweater always works.....you can wear a modest heel or a boot.....nothing too fancy but business casual and street casual are two different things....
