NYC has a great public bus system that goes throughout all the boroughs. There are even lines that can take you from one borough to the next.

believe me, they have a large number of public buses. interior the middle of the city you could slightly bypass a minute without seeing one. the established public bus gadget is only known, not double-decker, although the excursion buses are double-decker. There are some lengthy ones, yet not too many.
