I redcently sent a Miss Sixty belt to canda, asi sold it to somebody off ebay, for some reason it was returned to myself but no explanation was given. I have since been told that you need to put your return adress on, and fill in a form or sumet.
Does anybody have any information onthis, or know anywhere i can find out, as i feel the post office are a waste of time as they were the people who sent the item for me./

Like this:

NAME
ADDRESS
CITY, PROVINCE
POSTAL CODE

Mr. Bob Guy
28 Dorking Drive
Hamilton, ON
L6R 2S8

Then add the correct postage (find out at your postal office), and a return address. Oh yeah, i forgot, they wil give you a sticker to stick on the parcel, which has basically what I wrote above, plus your address (the return address)

Anytime you are shipping outside of your country it is best to include all the proper customs documentation.

You almost always need a commercial invoice, this is a declaration of value, country of manufacture, value as well as your complete name and address as well as those of the receiver.

In some instances a waiver is required. Most postal outsets and courier companies should have these. The are a form that will give permission for customs on either end to search the parcel and verify the contents. This may also give permission to confiscate contraband, counterfeit goods as well as give permission to hold the parcel to verify the contents.

those are all the things needed to a parcel to leave Canada, i cannot imagine there being a great deal of difference in the things needed to enter Canada.

it depends on what you are sending. check the canada customs laws. perhaps you sent something that was not acceptable. i tried sending fois gras to the usa but it was against US laws and it was returned to me. also make sure your address was right. sometimes the post will also give a reason why the package was not delivered.
