beefore the real mustard comes out. It happens every time i use it.

You should shake the mustard real good before you squirt it out,that is the vinegar that is used in the preparing of mustard.

Mustard is little more than dried ground mustard powder (from mustard seeds) and vinegar and/or water. As mustard sits, it separates a little, the solids sinking to the bottom, and the liquids rising - so your first squirt is a bit of that water which has separated from the solids. Always shake mustard before squeezing...

Just the liquids seperateing from everything else. It's not a problem, just shake it, and it will come out like normal mustard then.
