Runny Nose and siiting down?

Nearly every time I sit down, especially when using the bathroom, my nose starts to run and wont stop until i stand up, even when there is nothing blocking the nasal passages

I thought this was a freaky thing that happens with me.
but now that I think of it, my husband uses a lot of tissue when he's sitting there and that's to blow his nose....
maybe our anus and our sinuses get confused
