Whose House of Commons? England, Canada, individual state or province? I know that with the Canadian House of Commons and Ontario's as well, they are chosen every year and it comes from one particular winery/distillery. If it is a true Port than it will be from Portugal which could make it difficult to get. Easiest way to find out would be to contact that government and ask them. They will generally give out that information.

Where did you get your wines?.Port wine is like: Chianti,Merlot,bojoleau,moscatto,marsala etc.Just another wine.
