A body shot is a shot of alcohol (such as tequila) that is consumed off a person's body, usually from erogenous zones such as the belly button or the breasts. Another method of the "body shot" is to lick the erogenous zone, apply salt to the moistened area, lick the salt, drink the shot and suck the lemon/lime wedge which is placed backwards in the "body's" mouth, making the act even more entertaining.
Rum cream is also considered an ideal liquor for body shots. Rum cream, a Jamaican original, has the consistency of Bailey's Irish Cream, therefore lingering in the erogenous areas longer before "running south," enabling a longer licking time.

Typically.. a very attractive female will lay on the bar... her belly button is filled with some kind of liquor.
Then the guy sucks the shot out of her belly button... a body shot!
There are a few variations on this.. but you get the idea.

Tequila body shot...
Lick the neck of a cooperative young lady and shake salt onto wet area... Have her put the lime in her mouth. Lick off the salt, take the shot, take the lime from her mouth- no hands!
