You can do it with Office 2003.
You print it to a MDI file (picture file) then highlight and copy, then paste into Word. The MDI printer is one of the greatest, and most useful, things I've seen from Microsoft in a long, long time.
I hate to love Microsoft, but darn do they have great products.
Of course, I am assuming that you have the legal right to copy the information, just not the legal rights associated with PDF files.
