First let me offer my condolences for the loss of your Samantha. I am sure she will be missed not only by you, but also by Snoopy, Tabatha and Baby.

This behavior you are seeing is not at all strange. Dogs are pack animals and when a void is created in their pack, roles will shift and another dog will step up and fill the role that Samantha has left. Also, dogs can and do suffer from depression so what you may be seeing is how Baby and Tabatha are coping with the loss of their friend.

Not at all Tabatha is trying to comfort baby. Animals are more like us than people want to give them credit for. I had two cats one was by rag doll and my love his brother on the other hand was a spazz. When the rag doll cat got hit, the spazz cat turned into the personality of the other cat. I think he felt my sorrow and how much I missed his brother.

actually i think it may be two things. This also happened to me when a dog thinks another dog is lonely it will try to play with them even if it has to act like one of the previous dogs Friends. The other thing that could be happening is that maybe your lost dog Samantha is just trying to have a little fun with baby before she moves on.

I don't think it's that strange. Tabatha is probably going to get more attention now that Samantha isn't there...she may feel more like top dog now...

Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare have stuck the creativeness of the country. If any untoward could occur to them (could also be a exact coincidence), public could accuse the federal government. So it's not unusual.

no it's quite normal. since one of your dogs died the other dogs have to figure out who is top dog now. (i'm really sorry to hear about your loss)
