I would like a guy who takes pride in his appearance and develops his own unique style, but not to the point of being a metro. Guys who just throw on whatever was lying on the floor that morning have no amibtion. You can always tell by a guy's clothes.

A man who isn't fashion-conscious is, in my opinion, more desirable than one who is.
Why?
(i) prefer a man who looks at me rather than at himself in the mirror.
(ii) prefer a man who spends his resources on my cosmetics , creams and clothes rather than his own
(iii) don't want to share too much wardrobe space and bathroom counter spaces with a man whose clothes , cosmetics and creams compete with mine. Sorry, this is a real lady speaking.
Enough of the 'metrosexual', 'men's facials', expensive men's moisturisers and other nonsense, that are a sign of the breakdown of gender differences. Bring back men. Men are best as men , not women.

Naw - only because I put alot into what I wear when we would go out and I would expect him to do the same
But If i really like him I would help him become fashion conscious when he is around me at least

clothing doesnt matter to me. my husband owns his own business by day he is professional at night he's Levi's and Tshirts. Sexy as hell to me is that he is comfortable I am not all into what a person wears they could dress to the 9s all the time and be a jackass its truely what is on the inside. As long as they dont look like they are homeless.

Any man that is too fashion conscious, I would question is sexuality. Besides if me and my man were going somewhere and I knew he wouldn't be able to dress for the occasion, I'd pick something out for him. It's not what you wear, but how you wear it! (or dont)

Of course I would. Its nice that not everyone is trying to look like they just stepped out of a fashion magazine. I actually think the casual unconcious look is quite hott.

To me..it is much more desirable to be with a man who isn't much into impressing others with his fashion sense.
