a few days ago a girl i really like found out i fancy her. Since then she's been purposely avoiding me such as getting out of the classroom as quick as possible and talking to a friend when saw me coming. Before she found out she was really friendly and spoke to me alot. She also showed some signs that she liked me but now i dnt know if she's just embarressed of what she found out or if she doesnt like me. PS- shes 14 and is quite quiet.

She doesn't know how to react.
Many young girls get nervous around guys -- especially shy girls because their social skills & self image probably isn't all that good (especally at the age of 14). Ignore her and see if she comes out of it (especally if she sees you talking to other girls). If she doesn't come around, then who cares? You wouldn't have wanted to date an insecure person who doesn't know how to act around people anyway. It is more trouble than it is worth. Find someone who appreciates you, not some crazy person who runs from you.

She is frightened.If she hasn't had any male attention before she does not know how to act.Just say hello when she is passing and then eventually build up the sentences until she feels comfortable talking.Don't ignore her,a smile can work wonders along with time.

It could mean that now that she knows that you like her, that she is shy and doesn't know how to act around you so she just avoids you. 14 is young, and you are still get this whole romance thing figured out. It could mean that she does not like you that way and feels wierd around you now that she knows you like her. Maybe just ask her. You are too young to date, but you could ask her how she feels about you.

she might like you and when she found out that you like her she was stuned and she doesnt want to get excited b/c she wants to make sure it is true. and she is quiet like you said then maybe you need yo go up and speak maybe she also thinks you are avoiding her make a point to talk to her get her phone number and call her

I think this is her way of telling you no way am I liking you back avoiding you is her way of giving you the brush off so move on to another girl

She's probably too shy, and doesnt know how to be around you.

either she likes you, or she doesnt. i think the latter is most likely. i try to avoid guys i dont like that like me because that way, they may not like me so much. or else she may just think she is not worthy of you, thus avoiding you.
