If only that were true. Wise is the one who remains silent and lets people wonder what they know than the one who prattles on and reveals his folly. I find it curious that they who have the least knowledge to share always share more than they should.

Actually, because human verbal response and language is governed by a complexity of thought, brain process and consciousness which begin in the brain, everyone's speech or lack thereof, is under the control of their mind, be it dumb or intellectual.
